Have a Return? We Can Help!


We want you to be completely happy with your order, but in the event that we did not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. 

We offer partial returns on all unused items within 5 business days of delivery. Should you need a replacement part or print, we are more than happy to help you! Most times, we will simply ask for a picture of the damage to access what we can do to resolve your issues. 

Our warranty on hardware lasts for a single 6 month period after the items are delivered. If you notify us with your concern, we can accommodate for a replacement to be sent to you. 

My Items Were Damaged Upon Delivery!

We truly apologize and will get a replacement sent out to you at no additional cost. We only ask that you kindly notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We do always intend that your packages get to you perfectly and sometimes, certain hiccups happen along the way. We understand, and the sooner you let us know of the issue, the sooner we can resolve it together. 

What if I just need a replacement part or print?

Our warranty on hardware lasts for 6 months after the items are delivered. If you notify us, we can have a replacement part sent, all you would have to do is pay for shipping.If it is past the 6 month period, no worries! We can arrange for part replacement and shipping cost for you. If you need a new print, please see our replacement prints page.
